AML Consulting is a women-led, Afro-Indigenous-owned consulting practice specializing in strategic planning, organizational development, research, program evaluation, education and community engagement. Our approach is community-centred: strategy, research and education built with the people it serves, whether that's a First Nation, a nonprofit, a government team or a business.
Founded by Alicia-Marie LeJour, the practice brings extensive experience across government, corporate, nonprofit and community sectors.

We acknowledge that our work is rooted in the ancestral and unceded lands of the Plains Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and Métis Peoples in what is now known as Regina, Saskatchewan, located on Treaty 4 territory. This land has been home to Indigenous Peoples since time immemorial and continues to be a gathering place for diverse nations.
